For packages weighing between 25g-500g, we use Sri Lankan Registered post and provide tracking numbers, although there may be occasional issues with the tracking service. However, we ensure that your parcel will be delivered securely, albeit with a delivery period of up to 3-4 weeks.

For packages weighing 1kg or more, we use the fast and reliable services of DHL or UPS express shipping, with an estimated delivery period of 7-10 days.

In the event that you do not receive your parcel within the estimated delivery period, you are welcome to request a refund at any time.

Returns & Cancellations

Please note that we will not refund you the shipping costs to deliver the package back.
